Must be familiar with an IPad. Knowledge of the Square Software helpful but not required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Price units, restocks retail items and takes inventory when required
- Operates the complete POS system and other required software
- Maintains retail area in a neat and organized manner
- Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist Customers with purchases
- Create floral arrangements as needed
- Deliver floral arrangements and drive deliver van
- Manage schedules for the store and the director of floral design
- Assist with all store operations as business needs demand

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with at least five years driving experience
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Retail or floral experience preferred
- Experience with POS preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
