Requirements: (Must Have to Apply)
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Valid Driver's license and insurance (your own)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid TB test
- 1 or more years of verifiable caregiving experience
- Certification(s) highly recommended
- Ability to commit to flexible hours
- Must be 18 years of age or older; More than 2 years of driving experience for driving cases.
- Must have the ability to successfully pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance
