Design of labeling materials (instruction for use, patient implant cards, box artwork, patient leaflets, printed labels, etc.) in the graphic design software to produce labeling for finished good product. Design and maintenance printed product labeling in the labeling software and labeling database. Management of multiple files through the process of review, translation, and approval within the QMS system.

**Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties**
- Interacts with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs personnel to establish design and database information on product labeling, packaging materials and artwork modification.
- Acts as a contact for all labeling and packaging material requirements, regulations and interacts with external resources to coordinate information.
- Coordinate, assist, and implements graphic design of labeling format.
- Implements current style guide standards for graphic design of labeling and packaging materials.
- Creates, formats and maintains printed labeling materials. (printed labels, IFUs, boxes and Tyveks etc.)
- Works with windows based computer labeling software to create customer labels that incorporate graphics, bar codes and database information.
- Supports printers maintained on the manufacturing floor. Supports label system, equipment, documentation and trouble-shooting.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Team player can work proactively with all staff members to achieve corporate goals.
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
