Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Professional phone etiquette

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
