The Service Admin for Prime Refrigeration Services will work with client companies and is responsible for assisting with dispatching, all outbound billing, ensuring rates and information are correctly applied to customer invoices, and all information is uploaded to client portals to receive payments promptly. This role will work with the Service Coordinator, and Service Manager, assisting dispatching technicians, ordering parts/materials and monitoring work orders, invoicing progress, and solving errors, to ensure all payments are received.

**PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES**
- Analyze work order information to identify correct grammar, billing amounts, photos, and all billable items indicated in the work order.
- From work orders create and disburse 15+Outbound invoices daily to customers.
- Input invoices into Corrigo Pro and Verisae (client third-party system)
- Dispatch Service Technicians out of Service Fusion (backup)
- Orders materials and pending work orders
- Follows up on the “needs to quote” queue in Service Fusion.
- Check Out with Technicians after each call.
- Assist with other Admin and financial tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the CEO, and HR department representative to maintain updated financial reports of billing standings.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION**
- GED or High School Diploma required; BS in Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a clerk
- CAPP or CAPA Certification
- Corrigo, Verisae, and Experience are a HUGE plus.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift to 25 lbs.
- Record time via Time Works Mobile Employee App with location enabled.
- Establish a consistent and reliable work schedule from your home.
- Strive to avoid contacting hourly field technicians or office staff after or before their business hours typically (7:00 am to 4:00 pm) to request the team’s hours of operation.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.

**COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY**

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
