**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent client service, including meeting deadlines.
- Review, revise, draft, and negotiate a variety of healthcare, information technology, and data privacy and security contracts.
- Draft contract provisions to the specific transaction and client’s _unique_ needs.
- Monitor developments in federal and state healthcare (Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, physician fee splitting) and privacy and security laws (HIPAA, NIST, state data breach notification laws) and provide legal advice to clients in a way that will allow them to operationalize the obligations.
- Provide input on creating and improving the Firm’s systems, processes, and procedures to best serve the Firm’s clients.
- Maintain, update, and manage the client file, transaction status, tasks, and your time using the Firm’s practice and document management system.
