**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: If you've got hands-on experience with inboards, wakeboard/tow boats you’re already halfway there Bonus points if you've worked your magic on Yamaha Jet boats and watercraft.
- **Skills**: Can you rig boats like a pro and troubleshoot basic electrical issues with ease? If so, you're exactly who we need to keep our fleet in top-notch condition.
- **Passion**: We want someone who lives and breathes marine tech, who sees every boat as a canvas for innovation and perfection.
- **Tommy's Technicians**: Did you recently find yourself adrift?

We're here to throw you a lifeline Come aboard and let's sail towards new horizons together.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Inspect & Repair**: From trade-ins to consignments, you'll be our go-to expert for evaluating and fixing used boats.
- **Service**: From 10 to 100hr servicing. Assist in a rebuild. What you don’t know, hasn’t been shown, or a little rusty on, we have you covered. M2o will provide, pay for and send you to the latest Tech schools as well as Assistance and guidance from our Experienced A-Techs, From Captain to Crew, expanding your view, your cash will increase rapidly

Pay: $32.00 - $49.00 per hour
