Climate Risk and Resilience Project Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Input to innovative approaches we use to assess climate risks and support actionable strategies for clients
- Perform climate-related impact analyses
- Develop climate implementation plans
- Manage tasks and projects within budget and on time
- Business development, including leading proposals
- Quality control on materials developed by junior staff
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal TRC staff
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer degrees in Environmental Science, Engineering, and/or Urban Policy
- 5-10 years of applicable Climate Risk and Resilience experience. Previous consulting experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment is preferred.
- Experience developing impact functions, conducting risk and vulnerability assessments for transportation organizations, monetizing costs of damage/disruption, developing actionable strategies that includes stakeholder engagement, and producing implementation roadmaps
- Connections within specific sectors such as transportation, energy and utilities to support business growth
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and perform across multiple work assignments
- Excellent research and communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to work independently, as part of the team, and cross-collaboratively with other groups
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointEEO Statement:
