**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Pizza Preparation**: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards.

2. **Pizza Assembly**: Skillfully assemble pizzas with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency in portion sizes and presentation.

3. **Oven Operation**: Operate pizza ovens efficiently, monitoring temperatures and cook times to achieve perfect crust texture and toppings.

4. **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality and freshness, conducting regular checks on ingredients and finished products.

5. **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza recipes and seasonal specials, showcasing creativity and innovation.

6. **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.

7. **Kitchen Hygiene**: Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate pizza orders and ensure timely service during busy periods.

9. **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to provide information about our pizzas, accommodate special requests, and ensure a positive dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques.
- Creativity in developing unique pizza flavors and combinations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating and collaborating with colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
- Food safety certification is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
