**Shift Hours**:
Casual Part-Time, Schedule to work as needed with an opportunity to pick up additional hours
**Works closely with department Team Facilitators and Medical Technologists, providing support to pre and post-analytical phases of laboratory medicine. Serves as a customer solutions representative, to maintain client and vendor relationships. Responsible for performing data/order entry and results of testing.

**Qualifications**:
Post-secondary courses in a biological or physical science with certification, registration, or degree required.

Valid driver's license required. American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) preferred.

Three years of experience in healthcare with one year of laboratory-associated experience required. One year of experience with client relations preferred.
