**What you will do**:

- ** Transform Concepts into Reality**: Utilize instructions, drawings, schematics, illustrations, and process documentation to skillfully assemble a diverse array of electrical subassemblies and systems.
- ** Comprehensive Handling of Electrical Systems**: Engage in planning, fabricating, assembling, disassembling, setting up, testing, inspecting, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing both electronic and electrical hardware and equipment, ensuring each component meets the highest standards.
- ** Mastery of Assembly Operations**: Perform routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations with exceptional accuracy and efficiency to deliver quality products on time.
- ** Rigorous Testing and Validation**:Analyze and evaluate test results meticulously to validate acceptance criteria, ensuring the reliability and performance of each product.
- ** Commitment to Safety and Compliance**:Adhere strictly to environmental, health, and safety guidelines and procedures, fostering a safe and compliant working environment.

**Qualifications we require**:

- Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
