Electrical Assembler

**Required Qualifications**:

- Assembling and testing electrical and mechanical parts.
- Read and understand assembly instructions and process instructions.
- Able to do basic multimeter testing.
- Identify and fix electrical problems, including component replacement and installation.
- Identifying correct components needed for proper assembly.
- The ability to read a tape measure is essential.
- Experience in new construction is a plus.
- Willing to work hard and in a very safe manner.
- Must have a great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be friendly and able to work with others as a team.
- Willing to follow company rules and safety standards.
- Pass background test
- Follow site safety procedures and perform work in a safety-conscious manner.
- Other duties may be required or assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members.
- Ability to make repetitive movements such as bending or squatting.

**Education**:
HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
