IT Technician

- Degree in Systems engineering or similar (bachelor degree or AAS is acceptable also).
- Any related certification in CISCO (this is a plus).
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Data Center Technician (desirable).
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a cabling technician or project supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet/IP.
- Basic network knowledge.
- Experience with rack UPS, PDU, transfer switches.
- Basic IT support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting routers, switches or servers (Desirable)
- knowledge in operative systems such as Windows 7, 10 and Windows Server.
- Good English communication skills are required (speaking, writing and reading).
- A proactive attitude toward solving any issue that may arise is required.
- Reliable source of transportation.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 to 5.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Support IT operations, middle/end user troubleshooting and data center support.
- Data center rack assembly.
- Support IT cabling operations, middle/end user troubleshooting and data center support.
- Must be able to use diagnostic tools for the analysis on the solution of Networking and server issues
- Support Cabling installation, pulling and termination (CAT6, Fiber optics)
- Proactivity and conflict resolution capabilities are required

Pay: From $34,000.00 per year

- Cabling or IT Technician: 1 year (preferred)

- Bay City, TX: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
