Customer Service
- Direct customer interaction in support of Sales Representatives
- Order processing with customer follow-up
- Oversee & coordinate fulfillment activities
- Front-line interaction with customers and prospects
- Communicate status updates to customers.
- Assist consumers with processing phone orders and payments.
- Updating customer contact information as required.
- Performing other duties as the need arises.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Successful completion of internal training.
- Proficient computer skills and with MS Office suites
- Experience with QuickBooks and CRM software preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods as well as move and lift boxes that are 30lbs.

Pay: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
