**About Phoenix Pumps**

Phoenix Pumps, Inc. is a family-owned pump distribution and repair service business. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Advisor with great customer service skills.

The role is a full-time, permanent position with full benefits This is an onsite position where you’ll be providing valuable support to your team. This position offers a consistent 40-hour per week, work schedule (7:00 - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday)

Service advisors work closely with sales, shop, and field staff to ensure timely execution of repairs and installations for our customers. Service advisors provide quotes, schedule field work, and ultimately own the customer experience throughout the service side of our business. From following up on quotes to ensuring invoices are processed, our service advisors strive to provide top notch customer service to everyone they interact with. Attention to detail and great communication skills are a must.

**Job Duties**
- Assigns and enters work orders into our computer system to create customer quotes.
- Works closely with vendors and our parts department to order parts, arrange shipping, and obtain pricing and availability.
- Inputs data into our system such as parts, technicians time, material, create work orders, inventory, etc...
- Schedules field staff, material, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets and availability.
- Interacts and communicates with our sales staff, service technicians, administrators, and customers.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by keeping the customer informed and investigating concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills and sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand parts lists, drawings and exploded views of products.
- Basic Computer skills (Excel, Sales Order Management, Purchasing)
- Scheduling/Dispatching experience a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
