Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Fabricate and repair equipment parts as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise maintenance staff if required.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to interact professionally with tenants or clients.
