This role requires a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing quality care and improving an individual's quality of life. **Schedule for this position is flexible to your availability between the hours of 9am-7pm Saturdays and/or Sundays either weekly or every other. **ABA therapists, behavioral technicians, occupational therapy assistants, teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, someone with passion and experience in caregiving and advocating for kids or adolescents, etc. would be a great fit for this position.

**Duties**:

- Provide in-home care and support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide positive role modeling and engage in age-appropriate activities with 1-3 individuals. - Incorporate daily living skills learning with tasks throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respect and uphold the rights of the individual, ensuring their privacy and dignity
- Community Outings

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of different developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for the individual's privacy
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Christian Servants Home Care, LLC utilizes e-verify to verify employment eligibility.*

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 19 per week

Schedule:

- Choose your own hours
- Weekends only
