Duties Include:

- Supervision and safety of members/facilities.
- Assist members with daily living skills and hygiene.
- Relationship building and encouraging socialization and community involvement for members.
- Transporting members to and from the Day Program each day, in the morning and afternoon, in a company provided vehicle.
- Transporting members to community activities throughout the day, in a company provided vehicle.
- Some household chores and meal preparation.
- Measure and document members daily progress with goals/achievements as well as any behavioral challenges.

Job Requirements:

- MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
- Clean driving record.
- Must have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- First Aid/CPR certification. (Can be obtained after employment)
- Article 9 certification. (Can be obtained after employment)
- 6+ months experience in a direct care setting, experience with individuals with special needs preferred.

Schedule:

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends off. Available shifts: 7 am-3 pm or 8 am-4 pm. (approximately.)

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour/bonuses
