Summer Camp Counselor

Future Stars Camps, a leader in summer day camps since 1971 is looking for skilled counselors to lead and supervise camper groups.

**Position Summary: Day Camp Counselor**

A Future Stars Day Camp Counselor is responsible for the supervision of campers while ensuring a safe and fun learning environment. Counselors participate in all camp activities, and serve as a positive role model for campers.

**Position Objective**:(Essential Job Responsibilities)

Group supervision of campers with attention to: group management and behavior, health, safety, security, and personal and skill development.
- Build positive relationships and ensure the safety and well-being of people of all ages
- Promote and actively participate in all camper activities and projects
- Swim with campers and assist camp swim instructors
- Work effectively with co-counselors and collaborate on daily responsibilities

**Duration**:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
