**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The Warehouse Worker will also ensure that inventory is accurately maintained and that work areas are kept clean and organized.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receiving and Processing Shipments**:

- Unload incoming shipments from trucks and verify the accuracy of delivery documents.
- Inspect and report any damage or discrepancies in shipments.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to specified instructions.
- Prepare orders for shipment by verifying quantities and quality, and secure products appropriately.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled and documented.

**Inventory Management**:

- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
- Assist in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory procedures.

General Warehouse Duties:

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs safely and without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and machinery.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.

**Additional Information**:

- This position may require occasional travel to other warehouse locations or customer sites.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
