Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Assist with food preparation, such as garnishing dishes or brewing coffee - Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating guests - Handle cash register and process payments accurately - Use Aloha POS system to enter orders and manage guest tabs - Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to sanitation guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software is desirable - Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables simultaneously Note: All positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
