**Hourly Rate**: $61.00
**Shift**: Second Shift
**Location**: Flagstaff, AZ
**Duration**: 1 Year Contract

**Position Summary**: This role is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing a multi-disciplinary, Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility. The goal is to ensure the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leadership and financial management of the facility.
- Ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Development and implementation of goals, objectives, programs, and policies.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Building collaborative relationships with federal and state agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and community groups.
- Implementing and monitoring Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for continuous improvement.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the administration of skilled nursing facilities.
- Valid Arizona Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator License.
- Current TB Test.
- Current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona.
- Valid driver’s license and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of federal and state laws governing the operations.
- Frequent in-state travel may be required.
