The Infrastructure Operations organization is looking for Data Center Technicians to take AWS Data Center Operations to the next level. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations.

- 4+ years of previous Data Center Operations experience (racking & stacking devices, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment knowledge).
- Experience with troubleshooting server devices and understanding key functions of internal outer components.
- A technical degree, or equivalent experience in an IT related field Ability to take direction from Sr staff and management Ability to work tickets in a ticketing system and provide details and have a keen sense of detail.
- Project Management experience
- Technical writing experience.
- High level knowledge of Linux systems administration.
- BICSI testing and troubleshooting of both copper and optical fiber installations
