**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all manufacturer warranty claims
- Review and verify claim information to ensure completeness and compliance within the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Assist in the reconciliation of warranty receivables and provide regular status updates to the management team
- Keeps abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
- Liaise with service consultants and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
- Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Service and Parts department.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims, including repair orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Monitor and track warranty claim status, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of Automotive Manufacturer Warranty Administrative experience preferred but not required.
- GM Manufacturer experience preferred but not required.
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve warranty-related issues proactively.
- Understanding of automotive repair processes and familiarity with dealership management software.
