**Position Description**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintains Case Management database utilizing JWEB records, legal documents, and correspondence from staff attorneys.
- Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies with court records and respond as appropriate.
- Verifies all cases are properly initiated, routed, and distributed.
- Maintains confidentiality of case, office, and/or personal information received.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
- Two (2) years judicial/clerical experience.
- Or an equivalent of education and experience.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting, in an open office environment.
- Excellent organization skills, detail oriented.

**Preferences**:

- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.

**General Information**:
**Position Type and Typical Hours of Work**:

- Regular Full-time
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

**Salary**:

- Depends on Qualifications
- Based on 26 Pay Periods
- Plus, benefits

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting, in an open office environment.

**Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.**
