You must not be afraid of heights as we specialize in multilevel window cleaning - you can earn while you learn a skilled trade You will be learning residential window cleaning, pressure cleaning, salesmanship, customer service & the skills that will lead to a lucrative career in today's market. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, we will provide training.

**Pay & Benefits**:

- $15-$18/hr during probation period
- $18-$25/hr after probationary period
- Regular pay increases based on performance
- No nights and No Holidays (Major) - Weekend hours are required during busy seasons
