Stamping Die Maintenance

We are seeking an individual with good mechanical skills (willing to train) and/or stamping room punch press experience to join our Stamping Press Department. We specialize in short and medium run parts with lots of stamping die changeovers, set-ups and problem solving opportunities. There is always something new in our press department to keep those looking for a career on their toes and feeling challenged.

We also perform our own die repairs in-house. We are willing to train the art of die repair, which includes learning Tool & Die Making skills such as milling, grinding and wire EDM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage and set-up Tooling and Feed Lines
- Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements
- Work with the team to coordinate required raw material and secondary servicer needs such as platers, heat treaters, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, as necessary
- Be a positive influence on your coworkers and contribute to a great work environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
