Job Description
- Fabletics is currently looking for a Director of Paid Social.
How Do You Fit In?
- The Director of Paid Social will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across all paid social ad products for Fabletics. You will be a cross-functional partner to our in-house media measurement team, creative team, and external vendors. You will be a large part of keeping Fabletics at the forefront of digital advertising.
- We are laser focused on acquiring as many new customers as possible within efficiency targets.
This position will report to the VP of Media.
What you will do:
- Oversee an eight figure media budget allocated to paid social channels-
- Lead a team of media buyers and offshore partners to drive success-
- Prioritize and develop a strong relationships with our key brand stakeholders, as well as CRM, creative, and product-
- Build relationships with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X.-
- Collaborate with Media Measurement and brand stakeholders to build out test-and-learn agendas-
- Analyze robust data sets to identify trends and provide insights to guide campaign optimization, and channel strategy-
- Responsible for reporting weekly and monthly business forecasts to leadership with accuracyWhat you can bring:
- 7+ Years of Experience: Managing, developing and optimizing paid social media campaigns-
- 5+ Years of Management Experience: hiring, inspiring, and leading a team-
- Experience in D2C eCommerce Marketing: we are a subscription ecommerce company with proprietary tech, there will be a learning curve on top of baseline ecommerce knowledge-
- Superior Executive Communication Skills: Whether verbal, written or PowerPoint, you’ll need to be able to sell complex concepts to senior executives and also able to engage knowledgeable marketing experts as peers-
- Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics-
- Skilled and interested in translating data into actionable insights, and high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.-
