**Qualifications**:

- 1-plus years of experience in security surveillance or 3-plus years of in customer service.
- Verbal and written communication skills and reading comprehension commensurate with education requirements.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in the ability to solve practical problems and use de-escalation techniques.
- Ability to operate communication devices such as cell phones, two-way radios, and surveillance photo/video equipment ethically and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and must have a clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Must be an evangelical Christian, living a life dedicated to Christ, and be an instrument of God’s love, grace, hope, and forgiveness to all.

**Employment Status**:

- Full-time 40 hours per week nonexempt; eligible for paid time off; eligible for benefits
- Should anticipate a flexible schedule.

**Reports to**: IT & Security Manager

**Vacation Level**: 1

**Physical Demands**:

- Heavy computer use. Occasionally lift 5-50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Excellent vision and hearing are required. Work environment is indoors and outdoors, despite weather conditions. This individual will come in contact with individuals who are ill and/or contagious and must take precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

- The population we serve is typically in crisis. This can cause emotional stress and compassion fatigue. GRM highly promotes employee self-care.

It is the policy of Gospel Rescue Mission to complete a background check, drug test and motor vehicle authorization on applicants in the conditional offer stage.
