Home Health Clinical Supervisor

**Office position located in the Bastrop office**

**Job Summary**:

- The Branch Manager is a Registered Nurse who's primary function is the day-to-day direction of branch operation and clinical services to ensure quality care and efficient operations,
- Ensures quality of patient care in the home, reviews Evaluation and OASIS documentation to ensure proper service provision and utilization; OASIS accuracy, and appropriate POC development.
- Coordinate care between physicians, patients, and field staff. Review and approve orders, assist with case conferences, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

- **Job Type**:Office Position, Home Health, Registered Nurse
- **Work Hours**:Monday - Friday and Admin on-call rotation
- **Compensation**: Salary dependent on experience. On-call pay. Mileage reimbursement.
- **Location**:On-site Leander office.

**- Experience**:

- Home Health RN: 2 years (required)
- Home Health Management: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
