Taproom Manager

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-time

**LOCATION**: The Tarmac Taproom and Event Venue, 1930 Airdrome Entry, Atwater, CA.

***:Blaker Brewing is seeking an Operations Manager for the Tarmac Taproom and Events Venue.

**Daily Taproom Duties**:

- Taproom leader and employee management
- Oversight of shift leaders
- Customer comfort and guest flow
- Beer menu updates
- Merchandising product and apparel
- Cash Counting opening/closing
- Tip Sheet Audits
- Monitor Personnel Schedule changes/ and call outs
- Monitor inventories of beer and all other supplies
- Receive Deliveries of kegs and all other items

**Event Responsibilities**:

- Open Venue
- Assist Maintenance Move tables/chairs for event
- Stage access
- Stage AV equipment
- Music/Vendor Load in
- Communicate w/ events team
- Partner w/events staff
- Update outdoor/wine bar menus
- Lock Up Venue
- Monitor inventories for wine bar and outside bar

**Exterior Maintenance Oversight**: (light duty and reporting for any of the following)
- Reporting of plumbing, electrical issues
- Light Building Maintenence and upkeep
- Forklift training available
- Care for patio/plants
- Glass/window cleaning
- Stand up heaters

**Interior Maintenance Oversight**: (light duty and reporting for any of the following)
- Draft system
- Draft line cleaning
- Co2 Tanks
- TV's
- Exits/roll up doors and windows function
- Sinks/toilets/drains function
- Water heater
- Kitchen equip-refrigerator
- HVAC
- Square Point of Sale Systems
- Alarm/security function
- Cold Box function
- Glass washer function
- Sound system
- Fans and lights

**TYPICAL SCHEDULE**:
(4) 10 hour shifts

TH 8AM-6PM

FR 2PM-12AM

SA 12PM-10PM

SU 12PM-8PM
