**AKABA LLC. welcomes reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as part-time ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs.

**ABA therapists provide 1-to-1 ABA services in the home, center, and community settings to children and young adults diagnosed with Autism (ASD).**

**Experiences as a **Paraprofessional, Assistant Teacher, Rehabilitative Assistant, Educational Associate, and/or Direct Support Professionals is highly applicable to this role. We welcome those who've worked in these types of positions to consider this exciting and rewarding opportunity to help kids with Autism achieve socially significant goals

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour**

**Travel Time Pay**

**Mileage reimbursement** beyond home travel radius

**401K**

**Qualifications for the ABA Tech include**:

- ** Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities**:

- Has reliable transportation
- meaning your own/family vehicle that is currently registered and available to your throughout the sessions - some clients require transport for certain services.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities ( preferably Autism)
- Ability to attend an initial orientation
- Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week ( after school hours between 3-8 p.m. )
- Must be timely and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations

**Responsibilities**: The ABA Tech will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and will be directly responsible for:

- Electronic Data collection
- Implementing individualized behavior support plans
- Implementing skill acquisition programs
- Working with families for effective collaboration on client
- Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor

**Job Location**:Metro Worcester Area

**Required education for an ABA Tech**:

- High school or equivalent

**Required license or certification**:

- ** Drivers License**

**Required experience**:

- Working with Kids or Teens: minimum 6 months
