We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to supervise a team in our SkyGuardian Global Support Solution (SGSS) Program Management Office located in Poway, CA.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide management and leadership direction for International Logistics Support programs.
- Manage activities related to the development, planning and scheduling of proposals.
- Serve as the primary interface for proposals with senior management, business development, engineering, production, finance, and contracts.
- Assign tasks, review work and provide direction to staff while ensuring business objectives are met within established timelines.
- Successfully transition a multi-year sustainment program from negotiations into execution.
- Maintains technical and business integrity of statements of work and service center task descriptions to ensure consistency across multiple customers/contracts.
- Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program master plans and schedules and/or costs.
- Ensure the program objectives and the Company’s contract commitments are met.
- Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and manages the submittal of contract data items.
- Responsible for accurately measuring progress of program; Identifies and corrects problems to avoid adverse effects to the program.
- Present briefings to organizational and group management as well as customer representatives on significant program issues

**Job Qualifications**:
- Typically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as thirteen or more years of progressively complex program administration experience with at least seven of those years managing programs. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Must be able to develop solutions to problems that require coordination of technologies across program requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives.
- Customer focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours and travel as required.
- Experience with international aviation sustainment highly desired.
- Prior USAF maintenance/logistics experience desired.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance is required.
