Operations Support Assistant

Join our team at Mr. Bult’s, Inc. as we expand and evolve We're seeking an Operations Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support and backup coverage for our Operations team.

**While you'll have the opportunity to gradually grow into your role, some of the responsibilities you may take on over time include**:

- Providing assistance to the President and Vice-Presidents
- Handling subcontractor maintenance and setup
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the company
- Filing and maintaining case files
- Assisting with driver HOS compliance
- Assisting with rental agreements

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Highschool Degree
- Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Extremely proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (you will be tested during an interview in your proficiency)
- Proficient in typing, filing, and ten key skills
- Ability to self-teach
- Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
- Team player

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Burnham, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
