Job Title: UNION ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join our team and contribute to our success.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and installation procedures
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members, including apprentices and contractors, to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance job performance and efficiency

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid electrical journeyman license or certification
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
