**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and customer service.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Manage all platforms of social media to promote the studio, engage with members, and attract new clients.
- Supervise and support studio staff, including trainers, front desk personnel.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, tasks, and expectations, and ensure alignment with studio objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for studio growth, including client acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local businesses to drive B2B opportunities and community engagement.
- Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies and personalized customer interactions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of merchandise, including apparel and accessories, to enhance brand identity and generate revenue.
- Ensure and participate in the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio to provide a safe and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Involvement in the community through participation in classes and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva for social media and merchandise design.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $49,093.83 per year
