**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch roofing technicians to various service calls and installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide accurate arrival times and service updates.
- Prioritize and manage incoming service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
- Maintain communication with technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and tools.
- Monitor job progress and provide assistance to technicians as needed.
- Handle emergency service calls and manage the on-call rotation schedule.
- Utilize dispatching software to track jobs and technician locations.
- Assist with administrative duties related to dispatching and service coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the roofing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in dispatching software and systems.
- Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
- Willingness to work an on-call rotation and handle emergency service requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in dispatching is advantageous.
