Fleet Manager

**Gabe Tracking** is on the search for a skilled **Fleet Manager **to become an integral part of our team in Dwight, Illinois. With your expertise, you will ensure the seamless operation of our truck fleet, managing maintenance, repairs, procurement, and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Take charge of our fleet of trucks, maintaining their readiness and reliability for the road ahead.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Oversee scheduling of routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold safety and compliance.
- **Procurement**: Utilize your negotiating prowess in the acquisition and management of top-quality trucks and equipment, liaising with suppliers to secure the best resources.

**Qualifications**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Must possess strong organization and planning capabilities to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Excellent negotiation skills are essential for dealing with procurement and vendor relations.
- **Additional Advantage**: While not mandatory, possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) would be beneficial, as it provides deeper insight into the trucking industry and operations.

**Location**: The role is stationed in Dwight, Illinois, at our truck servicing hub.
