Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical-surgical, PICU, hospital medicine, or geriatrics is a plus
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
