Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the overall functioning of our medical practice. This is a full-time position. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs and conditions - Provide primary healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses - Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and biopsies - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens for testing - Assist with utilization review to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources - Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting - Proficiency in medication administration, catheterization, dialysis, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and dementia care - Experience working in nursing homes or acute care settings is preferred Skills: - Strong clinical assessment skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
