**Responsibilities**:

- Read plans and set grade
- Coordinate and lead a team of skilled workers in grading and excavation activities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as motor grader, skip & scraper, paddle wheel scraper, loader and roller.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and provide guidance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grading Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of grading and excavation techniques
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (preferred)
