**Job Overview**:
Under the general supervision of the IT Director, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for first-tier response to requests for IT related services. Responding in a timely manner within their abilities and experiences or elevating tickets to the appropriate IT Department co-worker.

**Duties**:

- Assists with technology needs for events and live streams.
- Responsible for meeting established guidelines for response time, product quality, and end-user satisfaction level.
- Scope will change as the Help Desk Technician gains experience and familiarity with Ancilla Domini Sisters systems.

**Qualifications**:

- One year of experience working with end user computer systems or equivalent college-level education.
- Must possess a solid understanding of working with end-user computers and devices in a network environment as well as upgrade and basic repair of PC-based computer systems (software and hardware).
- Must possess strong skills with Microsoft Office software suite.
- Must possess a good working knowledge and an understanding of related business process, systems concepts to support end users in an effective and efficient manner.
- Traveling may be required to perform assigned tasks; ability to operate a motor vehicle. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
