- Never work nights or weekends again. We work Monday - Friday only You’ll always have nights and weekends off
- Enjoy a later start time between 8-9am and get off by 5pm or earlier.
- With our performance-based pay structure and minimum hourly pay of $18 per hour, several of our Technicians average $700 - $1,000 per week.
- Flexible Schedule.
- You get to work solo most of the time. If you’re the self-managing type of person you’re going to love having your own base of clients to take care of. And, when the job is too big for one person, you’ll have fun working in a team

- You must be 21 years or older
- You must be available Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
- You will start Part Time (during the 1-2 week training period) and work into Full Time ( 32+ hours per week) as you become more familiar with our cleaning style and structure.
- You must have full time access to a vehicle that is reliable and insured.
- You must have full time access to a washer and dryer.

- Whether you have years of cleaning experience or none at all, everyone is put through our training for the first week.

**As a Legion of Clean technician, your duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Learn and follow the proven Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Traveling from your home to the clients home each day with your own vehicle.
- Provide cleaning services according to each home's needs by cleaning and maintaining all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and the leadership team on a daily basis
- Coming into the office once a week to check in and refresh tools and supplies

This job would be a great fit for anyone who has previous experience as: Daycare Teacher, Residential Cleaner or other Cleaning Services, Hotel Housekeeping (Room Attendant), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
