Job Title: Marijuana Budtender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their cannabis product needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Execute product demonstrations and educate customers on usage techniques
- Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a cannabis dispensary setting
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong sales skills with a focus on technical sales
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to diverse customer base

**Skills**:

- Appliance sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in product demos
- Knowledge of stock management practices
- Ability to upsell effectively
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
