Aesthetic Injector Nurse

**America’s Medical Spa (AMS)**is looking for a Super Star Injector with experience administering Neuromodulators and Fillers, friendly, patient-first mentality, entrepreneurial mindset and professional team member for an **Aesthetic Nurse Injector** position. AMS offers our clients one the best in experience, quality from start to finish.
Our provider must care for our client’s skin and bodies by providing a variety or Aesthetic Med Spa treatments according to protocols and rituals, guaranteeing the ultimate Med Spa experience. Provider must portray a professional self-image and master treatment / product technical knowledge, skills, and should be highly motivated with outstanding communication skills, enjoys selling and experience in customer relations. Medical Providers are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.
**Job Responsibilities/Tasks**:
- Administer injections, including Neurotoxins (Botox), Dermal Filler, and other injectables. PDO Threads and SkinPen Microneedling w/PRP experience a plus.
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients
- Perform skin analysis and evaluation on patients
- Perform a comprehensive full-face consultation and offer a comprehensive treatment plan to patients
- Develop a customized treatment plan for patients and an ongoing follow-up plan
- Experience discussing patient expectations of outcomes
- Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings
- Consistent training and education on current aesthetic industry trends
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services and our product lines
- Educate clients on all treatments processes including pre-treatment and post-treatment care guidelines
- Skilled effective, compassionate, professional interactions and communication with patients
- Confidently and empathetically answer client questions and concerns
- Loyal customer base and strong social medical presence preferred but not required
- Build a self-generated client base in addition to the leads provided by the company
- Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and AMS specific compliance guidelines
- Ability to work around others
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Skills/Education**:*
- Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants (PA) licensed in Florida
- Valid HIPPA and OSHA certifications
- 1 or more years of experience as an injector of neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, etc.) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Radiesse, Belotero, Voluma, Restylane, etc.) required.
- Experience with PDO Threads and SkinPen Microneedling w/PRP is ideal but not required.
- Strong history of reliability, punctuality and communication skills, strong ability to influence/build rapport.
- Proven organizational, management, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of various med spa services and skincare.
- Ability to deliver high-level of customer service.
- Actively builds repeat clientele and bring in new business
- Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
- Up-sell services and products to clients.
- Achieves goals and targets
- Maintain treatment rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements

**Hours**
- Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
- Friday: 8am - 4pm
**Schedule**:
- 4 to 8 hours shift
