Tablet Compression Operator

**Duties**:

- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety
- Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Perform basic machining tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of CGMP guidelines and quality control processes is desirable
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment


Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
