- Disability insurance**Duties** **&** **Responsibilities**:
- Carries out housekeeping and maintenance tasks according to established timelines.-
- Follows specific procedures for cleaning and decontaminating the environment.-
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.-
- Disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with regulatory standards.-
- Stocks handwashing and toiletry supplies in appropriate areas.-
- Assists in minor maintenance tasks, equipment moves, and supply management.-
- Completes required documentation to meet regulatory standards.**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.-
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.-
- Bilingual ability may be preferred based on participant population.-
- Criminal background check required for Heartland Housing property management employees.-
- DCFS background checks required for employees in youth programs.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (K/S/A)**:
- Comforts working with people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds.-
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate.-
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information diplomatically.-
- High degree of collaboration, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.-
