Dreamcare of AZ Agency is looking for Habilitation Technicians/ Respite Aids/ Attendance Care Aids to assist special needs children and adults to gain life skills and medical assistance in a supervised environment where the member is treated with dignity and respect as well as providing long-term relationships and safety to maximize their full potential to becoming as healthy and independent as possible.

**Requirements**:

- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (Must obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Valid AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (If you do not have one we can help)
- Evidence of a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (We offer TB testing)
- Article 9 and Prevention and Support certifications (Must obtain within 90 days of employment)
- 6 months caregiving experience

**Qualifications**
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Reliable transportation (Pick up and drop off may be required depending on member's needs)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.A.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing care for patients in their homes
- Coordinate care between other professionals as needed.
- Companionship and improving quality of life

**Summary of Duties**:As a DreamCare caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care/assistance to members in their homes. This is a great position for someone who is compassionate and ready to make a difference in someone everyday life.

**Hours**: We are looking for caregivers who have early morning availability to pick up members and transport them to school and have afternoon availability.
