**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
- Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure safe and balanced water conditions.
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and other equipment.
- Inspect pools and equipment for potential issues and report findings to management.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and chemicals used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance preferred.
- Basic understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPO preferred
