Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety. This position requires strong clinical expertise and excellent organizational skills.

As a RN/LPN with Georgia Essential, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to our pediatric clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial and ongoing in-home supervisory visits
- Evaluating member needs and developing/revising member care plans
- Monitoring and supervising care provided by personal support aides
- Completing supervisory and members progress notes
- Reviewing and signing personal care support progress notes
- Educating members’ caregivers and providing staff training
- Supervising personal support aides
- Communicating effectively with members, HR, admin, payroll, and directors
- Signing weekly timesheets via EVV system
- Submitting new intake packets and DMA-6A forms to the medical review unit and members’ portal
- Providing assessments via the EVV app
- Taking notes via Google Sheets as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

- Valid RN/LPN certification/license
- CPR/First Aid certification
- BLS Certification
- Negative TB test certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Photocopy of Social Security Card
- Current proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Experience
- Be willing to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
